I have to concur that the salaries stated are very low. Is that the starting salary, or the average salary of a paramedic with 5-10 years experience? If those are average salaries, I have to believe there is a large turnover?

Understandably so. Just the fact the EMS division has always been understaffed and underpaid has to be extremely stressful.

I am constantly out there living my life, maybe you should try that yourself. Actually, maybe you could try out some grade school composition skills...no doubt there's a video you could watch.
