Two weeks ago, one client's caregiver said they would soon be going to Florida over the winter. I was surprised today to see the client's name still on the delivery route. When I arrived at her house I discreetly inquired and was informed she had developed a DVT and couldn't make the trip until she had medical clearance which could be quite some time.
