One Year Anniversary

I thought I'd be sad after having lived there 46 years and seeing both patents pass away in it, but I handed over the keys to the buyer's attorney and never looked back, only to go to an open house.

It's had "Sale Pending" on the online listing for weeks.
well yes it wouldn't have been surprising for you to feel a sense of loss with the house.. but I believe it needed so much work doing to it.. that it would have been a huge weight lifted off your shoulders, and I'm pleased you went ahead with it...

I've been 43 years in this house.. 2 husbands.. daughter grown up here.. but I could walk away from it in a Heartbeat.. and mine doesn't even need anything doing to it..

They probably put 100K to 150K into it and lots of sweat, when it wasn’t selling as fast as they thought. . At least you know it’s in good condition now and better yet, not your problem.

Thank you for taking us through the house….nice pics.
Time goes so fast, it doesn’t seem like a year since you moved.
I’m sure you’ll keep a lot of great memories from your 46 years there.
It is a beautiful Heritage Home.
Hope you have many happy years in your new home….it too, is very nice.
