Online Shopping Crazy Substitutions

The news services and Newspapers have had some real news to
report and though it seems funny to some, it could be a problem
for those at the receiving end!

Toilet Rolls ordered-- Sausage Rolls delivered.
Duct Tape ordered--Duck Paste delivered.

I heard in the past abut substituting named products for the stores
own brand, more profit, but I didn't hear of any crazy ones before.
