Go to WindowSwap and peer out of someone's window. Just click on the "Open a new window somewhere in the world" space and see what's going on. Once you click once, it can be found in the mid bottom of the page and the location can show up in the upper right corner.

I accidentally found it when I was searching for a web cam site that showed a penguin habitat. Couldn't find the site I started out looking for, but was glad to find the 'window' site.
