I don't look at myself as being much older than when I was not, does forgetfulness, loss of hearing, general deterioration of health and aching body parts necessarily indicate advanced age candidacy?

I joined senior forums to understand & relate to fellow members whom like myself are coping and enjoying life at its fullest.
