I wish I had the needed ingredients because I have tons of mashed potatoes left over from yesterday. I guess I could compromise and use what I have, i.e. chives, etc.

What ingredient don't you have?
You could replace the meat with a veg. Broccoli or corn would probably be good. Beans would be okay, I think.

@PamfromTx They really look good. I would also put sour cream on them and not that fat free stuff. They are worthy of the real thing. lol

I'd let them brown then crack an egg on top of each one, sprinkle on some cheese, and stick 'em back in the oven for a bit.

Ham, I don't like ham. But, I can always use some veggie.
