Overall Best Driving States for 2022

Some folks bad mouth Florida drivers, but they fail to note that 1000 people a day move to Florida and bring their bad habits with them.

I lived in West Virginia 20 years ago. A cooler of beer on the seat beside the driver was almost a requirement. Plus, WV has winding mountain roads, snow, and lots of wildlife.

I can only guess at the reasons for their having relatively few (recorded) accidents. Low traffic, or familiarity with the roads? Police who let people go with a warning?
