Each day I am becoming better and better.
Each day is a forward movement.
My goal is to grow my consciousness.
This is what I try to do each day but not always practical.

I give prayer and devotion.
I do my Transcendental Deep Meditation
I do Yoga Asanas.
I do my pranayama.
I drink water and protein., sometimes a green drink.
I take nutrients.
I clean my surroundings.
I create: paint, sculpt, design, or write.
I give reverence throughout the day.
I read, study and learn as much as I can.
I do what I can to cultivate happiness.
I communicate with my Angels.
I do what I can to grow spiritually.
I pray with all reverence.
