I came home late...and hungry. I had been thinking about sauerkraut for some reason.
We didn't have any.
This sounds bad but it was good:
Saluted some whole mushrooms, added mustard greens, black beans, a cut up kosher dill, and a handful of shredded sharp cheddar on top.
Fine cuisine.
