I have already seen/heard reactionary comments from many politicos and pundits but now a newer privacy battle is emerging on the issue of encryption and/or accessibility to private communications by law enforcement and intelligence agencies. This particular privacy issue regards the use of encrypted communication and the government types wanting a built in backdoor to encrypted software & devices.

Also note many experts have said by putting in a backdoor that also opens the door to criminal hackers who look for that sort of thing which endangers privacy and security even more.
If they want access to encrypted communications they should get a court order and have the manufacturer pull the information.
