Peter Marshall the original host of the game show' Hollywood Squares from 1966-1981 died yesterday age 98 from kidney failure
I used to love watching this show over the yrs ,he was the perfect host

Awwww...my son sent me a clip a couple of days ago of Paul Lynde making a joke on the Squares after Peter Marshall asked him a question. Paul was funny as usual and it reminded me that I used to enjoy watching the show. He was a very likeable host, indeed. May he R.I.P.

His passing brings fond memories of the show and he was a fun host...always smiling. This made me look up Paul Lind who was the middle square. He died at the age of 55 of a heart attack. Sad for us here but not for those in heaven.
