I am top-heavy (breasts) due to medication, I also have a gut from sitting around and not using my stomach muscles. Both, overtime created poor posture and lately back and shoulder pain. My exercises consist of lying on my back alternating leg bends and thrushes, I can only do 15 each leg. On back butt and belly squeezes and side hip forward leg raises I can only do 10 each leg before pain sets in.
The worst habit I have as far as posture is sitting on a comfy couch/love seat without back and spine support. I alternate seating between straight-back chair and couch, but so much damage has already been accomplished it is hard to find a good fountain of youth these days.
