A Pittsburgh Pennsylvania food bank saw a 543% increase in use. During a recent food distribution event they serviced over 800 cars.

Look at this ... Heartbreaking... I was absolutely choked reading this , this morning,... it's just horrendous that so many people have to choose between food, and bills.. I am aware that there will be possibly some people taking advantage of this system, but if it means people get fed in this horrible crises.. who otherwise would starve, then so be it..

Apparently one food bank is giving 40 pounds of food to each recipient... which includes dried foods, like lentils , peas, and rice , also a Frozen chicken , & fruit including oranges, pineapples and bananas ... ..and also a Pack of TP . Not sure how long this is to last them before they can apply for another donation.. ..
