Pizza cupcakes for dinner tonight

I have made these before and they were a hit. So, doing them again tonight. Not hard to make. I use the extra large muffin tins, so I make 6 bigger ones, and cook them a bit longer. You can use different meats. I have used turkey sausage. Tonight I added mushrooms.

Marie, you hooked me with the pizza cupcakes!

I'll share the flour tortilla bar pizza with you, which we love! (note- I crisp it on stove top a little first, then stick it under the broiler, a little higher than half way up, for 2-3 minutes. )
