Water, by itself, can be "awful"..too much chlorine, "taste 'irony' "...etc.. etc.

I put my water, from refrigerator-despensed, into Brita water pitcher..
Then, by the glass...add lemon.

Refreshing!

Do you add any flavor(s) to your water?
Or... buy any speciality?

Well, A couple contaminants were found in my town's drinking water and it did
not meet present health standards. Plus, most of the plumbing is over a hundred years old.
So, I drink only bottled water .I drink a gallon a day and have for years.
i love it exactly as it is. Additives taste chemical to me.
Pure water is so precious to me!
I DO LIKE fresh lemon juice in it occasionally.

I don't usually add anything to water. I use a "Zero Water" filter. It comes with a tester that displays the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) which should read between 000 to 006. When it reads over 006 the filter should be changed.
Interesting that bottled water reads 226-350 with all brands.

Tap water flavored with instant coffee, sugar, milk or non-dairy creamer if I'm out of milk; the birds get bottled spring water; the dog gets Brita filtered water. I have my priorities (-:
(to be honest, I never drink plain water of any sort and never have - it all makes me nauseous)

I use a Cuzn water filter; small countertop unit that is attached easily to my tap.
The water gone through it, is very good, which I enjoy plain.
I use the same water for tea or coffee, and in cooking, and for my cats, and for my houseplants, too.
