"They will have to actively select new plans, or they’ll be placed in traditional Medicare."
"Humana and Aetna are the most aggressive in trimming their offerings, with about 10% of their membership affected by the changes, according to David Windley, senior equity analyst at Jefferies. About 5% of enrollees in UnitedHealthcare and Centene policies will be affected."

If your plan is cancelled, I think you will still have Medicare, but will be on the hook for the 20% not covered, which can amount to a lot in a hurry. Or do you lose that too?

No issues here. Just got my new booklet for the coming year from BCBS of Michigan MA: Medicare Plus Blue PPO. Days later a new EOB and monthly/YTD totals for Plan and out of pocket spending.

I'm not seeing any of the problems "reported" by other people, who seem to really just be parroting political positions they've been indoctrinated in. The OP's video is hilarious, talking about the "evils" of MA but showing a fit young guy, so young he will not even qualify for decades!

Traditional Medicare is still an option.

Running around with your hair on fire is pretty nuts. Time to lay down that crack pipe, cut back on your opioids. Something.

We talked with our healthcare insurance agent when open enrollment was on, and he said that the Devoted Health was still the best plan (for us) in our area.
I really LIKE Devoted Health !

I can message them any time, and they have what they call a “guide” who will message me right back and answer any questions that I have, or if I need to actually talk, I can call them on the phone. The people all speak good English, and they try to solve any problems I have, although I really have not had any kind of serious issues with Devoted.

They send me my heart medication through CVS Caremark, so i get that each month with no problems. We did have an OTC plan allowance which I used for my vitamins, but this year they are just adding it in with the Healthy Benefits program. I think that I will like this even better, because now I can order the supplements that I want to take, and not just the ones on the OTC list.

Up until now, Walmart has been the only actual store where I can buy food with the HB card (it also works at Dollar General and Walgreens, but I seldom go to either of those stores); so I use Walmart+ Assist program and have groceries delivered.
I am hoping that the new card will work more places, because I would like to shop at Kroger sometimes, too, and Aldi’s.

We were able to activate the new cards yesterday, and it was an interesting experience because there was a glitch in the cards at first.
I thought I could just take out the old card from the Walmart “wallet” and add the new card, but it would not accept the card. When I contacted Devoted, they sent me to CVS, who puts out the Food and Home card, and they told me that it worked fine and directed me to their app.
The app said the only place i could shop online was CVS, which is not even a grocery store !

I eventually got a person at Devoted who explained the glitch to me, and she said they were getting it fixed, so it should work soon. She also said that the card will now work with Instacart, which is pretty awesome news !
Before, the only store where I could shop online has been Walmart+ delivery. Now, I can use my card for any store that delivers with Instacart, according to the lady at Devoted Health.

Another great benefit of Devoted is what they call Wellness Bucks, and it is a $150 allowance for any kind of fitness or health item that you purchase. It can be used for a fitness tracker, or one of those medical alerts like you wear around your neck, and even pay for diet or nutrition classes (like Weightwatchers).
I found a device that is supposed to help out for lymph glands and swollen legs , as well as leg and foot pain. It was $159, so just over the limit, but had a discount coupon that put it under the limit, so I ordered it, and Devoted is going to reimburse me the cost of the machine.

I'd like to ask whoever made that video, why the guy who supposedly lost his Part C Medicare plan, looks like he's not even 30 years old?

Do people in their 20's have Medicare?
