A man was stuck in a huge traffic jam just outside of Washington DC.
Another man came up to his window and said: "Terrorists have captured the entire US Congress and are holding them for ransom. Unless they get a million diollars they will douse them with gasoline and set them on fire! We're going car to car. Will you donate?"
The first man asked, "How much are the other drivers donating?"
The second man said, "About a gallon."
