Uh Oh....improper grammar. It's not "loose" his license; it's "lose" his license. And don't ever let it happen again!!Putting other innocent lives at risk chasing someone who has already established the fact that they're not all there, has always been a major pet-peeve of mine.
In my view, not only should the driver of the out of control vehicle be charged and loose his or her license, so should the police officer. Far too many innocent people have been injured even killed) account ensuing police chases.
Really?Uh Oh....improper grammar. It's not "loose" his license; it's "lose" his license. And don't ever let it happen again!!

No info on injuries. Those "spinouts" by police are used when they believe the chase could injure other driver or pedestrians. The other option is to back off all together with the idea the bad guy will eventually slow down.Good lord!!!!!
Is there any information about injuries etc?
Looks like both vehicles were going too fast for a safe PIT Maneuver. Here, police are not allowed to do a PIT unless the vehicle is not going so fast. I think this video shows why.It looks like the Officer was attempting a PIT Maneuver (Pursuit Intervention Technique) and it went wrong.
