Exactly the same here with regard employment... More job vacanices than people to fill them now.... altho' I wouldn't go so far to say it's the cause of empty shelves..

You are mistaken Waitrose drivers do not earn nearly that amount you stated. They are on a par with Sainsbury regardless of being top end or not. The average wage for either is around £32,500 per year.

The fuel tanker drivers can earn the amount you mention.
