A possible ISIS knife attack in Virginia. A man tried to stab a man and a women yelling 'Allah Akbar' during attack. The suspect had traveled to Turkey trying to get into Syria.

Apparently that attempt to get into Syria put the suspect on the FBIs radar but it didn't say watchlist. Suspect citizenship unclear.

The suspect was caught when he went to the same hospital as his victims after being injured himself in the attack.
