You can easily build your nutrients with a nutritious diet of potato chips
and cookies. It does wonders for your heart, lungs and digestion and is
recommended by 50 doctors (who flunked med school)

Chip sandwiches. Chips between rye bread and mustard
or chips added to sandwiches for that crunchy taste. In a BLT
add plain chips or sour cream onion chips. In a hamburger,
add salt and vinegar chips or cheese chips. As many as you like.
One cup.

Chips and cookie alone make an excellent lunch on the go.
High carb for gaining weight. Keep some in your pockets and purse.

Cookies in soups, soggy sugary sweet delight. One and half cups of cookies.

Chips in all your salads. Put them in with lettuce or non-green salads.
Use a variety of flavored chips to add carbohydrates and crunch to everything.
Tossed salads and 3 bean salads are better with cheese chips or plain ones. Use small chips.
usually one cup.

Cookies mixed in pot roasts and chicken dishes. Sandwich cookies, vanilla wafers
and shortbread cookies, ginger snaps. No chocolate--will melt too much.

Potato chips--highly underrated rich in vitamins and minerals. Fritos are good in
tacos and burritos. Add some to spaghetti dinners.
