I bought potatoes in March. I remember because it was around St. Patrick's Day when I bought two corned beefs. I thought I used all the potatoes but just found one. It looks fine, no eyes, hard, not discolored. It looks ok to eat. Is it? Should I not use it? My cooking skills have diminished. I was even actually afraid to put the CB in the pot. Felt like too much. Dumb question, right? Thought I'd better ask anyway.
