AI does not know everything
I have been waiting for the vet to call me back with an appointment time for my horse who has gone 3-legged lame.
It was about the time of day the clinic makes its calls before the Receptionists go home.
The scroll at the top of the phone call said potential scam. I recognized the first three digits of the call number and thought maybe not so I answered it, and sure enough it was the Clinic calling me back with my appointment time for the vet to come out and see my horse.
This was one time I did not want to let the phone go to voicemail. When the Vet is involved, I want to speak to the person not the voicemail. I figured if it was a scam, the frame of mind I’m in they would really get their ear full, and that would give me a lot personal satisfaction.
