Prescription Drug Shortages

Today, the news is saying there is an increasing shortage of drugs at pharmacies and hospitals....much of which is due to to manufacturers moving more of their production to India and China. Geee.....whudda thought?

We were warned about this may happen a few years back. Companies just do not want to make goods in this country because of the high wages and in turn, they lose out to the competition.

I figured since they had a shortage of childrens cough meds I had the doc write me a script for adult cough medicine that was safe for people with high blood pressure. I do not have high blood pressure but know someone that does with no paid script plan. So glad I did and so was she.

We have a shortage of Antibiotics over here for some reason.
