Prince Andrew & "The Agreement"? Is that good optics?

According to this article, Prince Andrew claims that a nondisclosure agreement with the woman and Epstein absolves him of any allegations of having sex with a minor. That's a long way from saying, "I didn't have sex with that woman". Is the Prince's use of a nondisclosure agreement between an underage girl, and a sexual deviant good optics? His dodging of accepting the summons doesn't put him in the best light, either.

The problem is that Andrew should have settled with this woman long ago. Celebrities and VIP's who have competent legal representation, know that the quicker the problem goes away, the better. Also, settlements do not require the accused to admit guilt.

No, the problem is that Andrew is a horn dog pedophile. Just because a person is smiling doesn’t mean they’re happy. And where were her parents? Where was an adult to stand up and say THIS IS WRONG. Lotsa culpability here, but the girl is the least culpable in my opinion.
