Problem streaming movies

I am a huge movie fan and being handicapped, I watch a great many movies.
Not long ago I discovered 123movies and gomovies, both of which have thousands and thousands of free films.
However, I have a recent problem. When I select a film and click it on SOMETIMES it starts playing, stops, and starts repeatedly.
What do I see on the screen ? After a few minutes of playing I see a semi-circle that rotates and rotates. Sometimes, though not often, I can get the film to restart by refreshing. However, that refreshing seldom works.
PS: I only have this kind of problem on 123movies and gomovies, but never on Youtube or Amazon prime video. Those movies play without interuption.

Does any one have a clue what might be happening. Any way to correct this problem ?
Thank you

Yep, Amazon and YouTube are both heavy hitters on the internet so they can handle traffic better than a smaller site. Think of it like this, Amazon and YouTube would be comparable to interstate highways, were they roads. Those other sites would be more comprable to Main St in a small town so they couldn’t handle as much traffic and speed. It’s just your connection buffering, filling up with data to try and deliver a steady stream for you. Try at a different time of day, if that’s an option. You could also try upgrading your internet service to a higher tier but that costs $$$.

For just one or two people in your home, that download speed (40.88 MB/sec.) should be OK for streaming. The fact that other services such as Amazon and YT work fine for you means I never should have asked the question in the first place. It is obviously the provider of those 'free' services that is not giving you the quality you have come to expect vis a vis Amazon and YouTube.

Yes, only me.
Curious, some movies streaming are constantly interrupted while others stream without any interruption at all.
For the ones that are constantly interrupted I must "refresh" many times.
