Proposed Partail Ban On Face Veils In Germany

My bank has a sign right at the door--Remove sunglasses and hats-for ID purposes. I don't find that unreasonable or either requesting they bare their faces when entering any place requiring ID. But you know, in light of the terrorist attacks, it may become necessary for everyone's safety.
 
Here there are several places that won't allow you to enter if your face is covered by anything, banks, courts, government offices, etc. I don't think it's unreasonable, either. It IS necessary for everyone's safety. Banks here had those signs up even before the recent increase in terrorist fears, because they didn't want to get robbed by people who could not be identified (or anyone else, for that matter).
