To make your own seeds, scoop out all the seeds from the pumpkin
with a sharp knife and spoon. Dump them on a plate and pick out the
bits of pumpkin stuff. Then let them dry for a while.
Light the oven to about 300 or 250.
Spread the seeds on a sturdy
pan. Salt the seeds.
Bake them about 30 minutes. Check every 15 minutes. Make sure they are
dry and crisp. Very good.
