Push notifications disabled?

I used to get push notifications all the time. But they have stopped for maybe over a month now and I don't see where to enable/disable it in Settings anymore. Is it disabled site wide?

Yes, I disabled it as many found it confusing and no one used it. It should be working now.

I always have them disabled, would prefer to find out what my notifications are when I visit the forum. I tested it a long time ago just to check it out. A small window appeared on the bottom of the screen I was on, whether I was on another forum or on a web page. It was small and disappeared quickly without having to close it out. In my case, it just notified me when I had a Like, someone quoted me, or mentioned me in a thread. I never felt the need to be notified anywhere else except here. I imagine it's handy for those who use different devices, I generally use my desktop.
