Hi!
Since you have The Pass to Historic Sites
does it include going to the Abbottsbury Swannery
in Dorset,England. (Established by monks centuries ago.)

A managed wildlife habitat for the nesting of mute swans.
Every year,.more than 600 swans come to breed and raised their young ones.

(That 👆would be 'something to see')

The public is also welcome to come to various events.

There are lots of man-made lakes around us here in the Mississippi valley in the St. Louis vicinity.
Bunches of Migratory Swans and Geese + Ducks and Sea Gulls. many years round or Canada bound and returning.
Horseshoe Lake is the largest and most prominent for any interested in its stuff. It has a DNR staff year-round.

Clouds of Migratory birds also can be viewed spring and fall. They like the tall hills and the safety of Pine trees in cold night times too.
