These are from Phonak. They have been charged up but I don’t know how they work. These aren’t for me but for my dad.

Could anyone offer suggestions how they work please? 00D05196-F4F6-4C8F-B82D-C7C323CFFFC3.jpeg

First place the silver/grey part over the top of the ear, then place the grey bit (the dome) into the ear canal.

Should get at least a days worth of hearing out of it before it needs to be placed on the recharger.

That’s what I figured. So if the light is on it means it’s ready to work?
I considered trying it in my ear but.....😰

Thank you 🙏

I don't have a rechargeable aid myself, and I'm not sure if there's any sort of on/off switch on the silver part. Mostly though, if the light is showing, it means that the hearing aid is ready to go.

The grey plastic bit that goes in the ear canal needs to be cleaned daily. Just a wipe over to make sure that the small holes at the bottom of it aren't clogged with ear wax or any other debris.

It wouldn't harm you to place the dome very close to your ear canal without actually placing it right in your canal - you would probably be able to hear some sort of extra sound coming through it.

Just looked up the instructions for your sort of hearing aid. The green light is the on/off switch. Try giving it a push for a second or two and the light should disappear and then the aid is ready to use.

Thanks so much. I tried researching it and couldn’t find this particular model. He seems to think it’s helping. 👍
