I just heard on the news, that Tina Turner has died. I thought she was in great health, and would go on, forever.

May she Rest In Peace.

Seems like that of late. One of those celebrities everyone knew who she was. Indeed an era is fading away too fast

She had cancer (intestinal) about 5 years ago... and then a kidney transplant. I haven't seen any confirmation about cause of death yet, though. She also had a stroke at some point.

All I knew was Tina lived in Zurich like I once did. The HBO doc took us there and it was so thrilling to see it again. Her home overlooked one of my favorite views in the world, that I dream of on occasion.

It's good to know she was able to experience living in such a stunning setting. Extremely strong... and beautiful woman.
