Radical protesters supposedly linked to an organization called 'save the wetlands' smeared red stuff all over a Monet painting in a Stockholm museum.

These environmental wack a dos have been protesting the use of oil in oil paintings done last century several times a year it seems. How about having the guts to protest the living people and organizations/business that irk them rather than dead people. It's seems to be a signature for a modern day environmental protestor.
This kind of criminal vandalism is messing with history along with destroying/damaging someone else's property.
Radical? Okay.
Anti oil-industry protestors campaign against modern day purveyors all the time. As I've mentioned before, I worked for Shell, and there were protestors outside all the time. The paintings affected are encased in glass - so there's no real harm. They simply want to draw attention to their goal - which they've done.
