I made this today and was looking forward to it. However I was disappointed. It's way, way, too sweet. If I was making it again I would cut the sugar in half.
Don't use parchment paper to line the baking tray as it recommends. You will end up eating paper when stuff is juicy and soaks down into the parchment paper.
This recipe would have been o.k. without the large amount of sugar recommended.
