This video shows how the RCMP trains their new recruits during the 26 week initial education phase. Recruits live at Depot, and learn how to serve . After graduation they are posted to their first assignment, which can be anywhere in Canada. For the first year, the newly graduated members will work daily with a Coach Officer. After their first year, they return to Depot, to go through the part B 26 week finishing course.
