My lady friend has a real bad pain in her right foot and leg. She going to be 70 in a few months and pain real bad at night. No swelling in both foot and leg.
I total agree. At our age heavy pain is a red flag. She should see her doctor as soon as she can.
I've also had problems in my legs and feet caused by problems in my back, including arthritis. It's been so bad I had to use a wheelchair off and on for months at a time. About four years ago I had back surgery, and while the surgeon was in there replacing some discs and doing other stuff, he decided to literally remove the arthritis. He cleaned it all out! He'd only been authorized to work on the lumbar area, but he took a peek up farther and told me later that he's anxious to get in there sometime in the future to clean up the thoracic area.I'm 86 and have arthritis of the spine. That causes severe pain and impairment in both legs and feet and some pain in both arms. There is no cure for old age and no cure for arthritis. The problem only ends at death.
Do you mean you're wondering if there's a connection? My blood pressure just dropped this morning to 109/53. My pain level also jumped to level 6 / base 10. At age 86 I am wondering if all these symptoms have some meaning............
Absolutely agree! She should see her doctor as soon as she can.
