A Bad Meal ???????????????
Ensure has always made me sick. I'd have to go with bad food too but what's wrong with just fruit??? It's healthy and does not cause inflammation. That's the route I usually take.
To the OP: If your choices are limited to Boost and Ensure, you can add flavorings. A tsp of vanilla extract, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, or drop in a big spoonful of friuted/flavored yogurt and give it a good shake.

Chocolate milk with a scoop of protein isolate. I'd throw in a spoon of greens powder.Does anyone have a recipe for a quality, flavourful and healthy meal replacement?
For those concerned about dairy, fermented is best --as yogurt, cheese, kefir or fermented milk.I don’t know either.
Some doctors don’t think you should drink cows milk. I think everyone is different. You have to find out what works for you. I personally like cashew milk and coconut milk in the carton not the can. I use canned milk to make chicken curry.
I agree. For those concerned about dairy, fermented is best --as yogurt, cheese, kefir or fermented milk.
I agree.I also like goats milk feta cheese.
I find eating goats milk cheese doesn’t bloat me the way regular cheese does.Me too. The soft cheeses are the safest, I think.
