I recommend a vegan protein formula that you can add water, almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk to. Additional fruits added
It’s milk free so is anti inflammatory
note: I think you can get plain flavour or vanilla

healthy meal replacement?
A Bad Meal ???????????????
That's the route I usually take.

To the OP: If your choices are limited to Boost and Ensure, you can add flavorings. A tsp of vanilla extract, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, or drop in a big spoonful of friuted/flavored yogurt and give it a good shake.

Ensure has always made me sick. I'd have to go with bad food too but what's wrong with just fruit??? It's healthy and does not cause inflammation. :giggle:

Whether in a smoothie or a soup or a salad, or just on a plate, toss in:
1 a carb, raw (as tomato or apple or cabbage)
2 a carb, cooked (preferably a vegetable, like beans or broccoli)
3 a carb, starchy (as potato or rice or banana or pasta)
4. a fat, (like olive oil or nuts or seeds or ice cream)
5. a protein (as hard-boiled eggs or beef, chicken, or fish)
For taste you can add a condiment like cider vinegar or mustard or herbs and spices.
If your lifestyle doesn't allow one or more of the above, substitute with something as similar possible. Eat lightly. Eat as wide a variety as possible.

This doctor says don't drink almond milk.

I don't know if he's right or wrong.

I don’t know either. 😂
Some doctors don’t think you should drink cows milk. I think everyone is different. You have to find out what works for you. I personally like cashew milk and coconut milk in the carton not the can. I use canned milk to make chicken curry.

For those concerned about dairy, fermented is best --as yogurt, cheese, kefir or fermented milk.

:) Speaking of bloated, I just finished 8 bottles of Costco's kombucha, lol, poor me, I'm blown up like a weather balloon.
My man’s at Costco right now
We’re getting a Green Works self propelled lawn mower . Regularly $800 to $900 - on sale for $600. They sold 55 mowers in less than an hour.

We bought it with that 2% cash back you get for using their credit card. Now I can mow the lawn without buying and using gasoline

Sorry. REALLY off topic. I’m excited about it though.
