This is my granddaughter’s favorite cake and I would like to try baking red velvet something OTHER than cake. Does anyone have any tried and true recipes?? Cookies or bars maybe??

I've made a different version of these crinkle cookies using a cake mix from a box. Have that recipe somewhere. Haven't made them in ages.

I've made a red velvet cake twice in my lifetime. lol I made them from scratch as I have a very picky hubby. They were delish. Never have made cookies and/or bars from scratch. Good luck!

What a great site!! I gained 12 pounds just reading , but yum! A couple of them look decadently delicious!!!! My Granddaughter is oh so gonna love me . Than you!!!
