Reduce Anxiety, Sleep: Guided Imagery Meditation

Guided Meditation For Depression, Anxiety and Insomnia:

These look excellent Ruthanne! I'm definitely going to work with these and maybe get my peaceful mojo back! Thank you!
You're welcome...There are also many more in the link in the bottom of the first post. You can choose which you like most, if you like those with female or male voice, and what they are for, etc.,too.

Oh my gosh it works!!! I tried this one and it's amazing how effective it is to help you relax!

A few times I let myself get distracted by my own thoughts, but he has such a nice voice and the music is so peaceful that it quickly drew me back!

I have to stop now although only half way through it(boo hoo:() but I'm literally feeling less tense than when I sat down her and feeling sorry that I can't just stay and listen to the end.
Well Don is still playing his computer game and isn't coming out the door moaning about being starving so maybe I'll just sit yet for a bit:rolleyes: and enjoy. Thank you so much for sharing these Ruthanne!

So glad it works Debby! :love_heart: I'm going to try them too; I have have been dealing with anxiety today.

I like the ones by Belleruth Naperstek that I order on Amazon. I got turned on to her CDs when I was so scared awaiting my hip replacement surgery. She's a psychotherapist and her meditations are guided for relaxation, etc., and also for certain health matters -- chemotherapy, surgery, weigh loss, PTSD, etc. I have found them very helpful and relaxing; and the one about preparing for surgery got me off the ceiling about my impending hip surgery. I even took it with me and played it while I was waiting for the anesthesiologist and I stayed nice and calm and my blood pressure stayed down where it was supposed to.
