Reliable Ralphy has a tip for Apple users!

Finger print identification is now availed--don't do it! I did, and after a reboot for a rotation glitch,it wouldn't let me back in with the verification code. It took all day yesterday with tech support people in the morning and again in the afternoon to finally get it back with all info being erased in order to restore it to factory settings...
