Relief for painful psoriasis!

I remember asking a dermatologist what I could do to get rid of the rough black areas on my elbows.
The answer according to them is just rub moisturizer on it. I was told that it was just dry skin.
I tried all of the moisturizers that they recommended and none of them did a lot for the problem.
It got worse and the skin got more rough and black and even got painful.
I started looking at pictures of skin problems and it was obvious that this was psoriasis.
I tried every cream and ointment in the house and finally found something that works for my elbows.
I’m not going to get into whether psoriasis can be cured or not but I know that I am able to get rid of the black rough- painful condition at least for a long period of time by using Clobetasol Propionate cream .05% which has to be prescribed and after rubbing that in I rub in O’Keefe’s exfoliating cream.
It’s called O’Keefe’s for healthy feet cream 2 in 1 exfoliates and moisturizes with shea butter.
I am not a doctor and have no financial interests and have no idea if there might be any side effects from using this combination but if I can help someone to get relief from ugly painful psoriasis then I have to share this.

I have mild psoriasis on my ear lobes and sometimes arms. I saw online a new cream called Miracle Manuka but can only be bought online. I checked it out and have read peoples comments and they swear it has almost cured their psoriasis. It might be worth checking it out GP44.

Psoriasis was the bane of my life, it affected my scalp, I always looked like the "before" in a dandruff advert. Whenever I wanted to wear black, like a dinner jacket, I had to rub olive oil into my scalp and leave it to soak into the flaky skin. It worked and my scalp was clear, but only just about long enough to attend the function without dandruff shoulders. The next morning the proriasis was back.

Years ago I researched psoriasis and found that it is primarily a physical disease characterised by an overproduction of skin cells, leading to scaly patches. The underlying cause is believed to be an auto-immune reaction where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy skin cells.

Psychosocial distress, including stress, anxiety, and depression, can trigger or worsen psoriasis symptoms. Studies have shown a strong link between stress and psoriasis, with some suggesting that stress can lead to flares and increase the severity of the condition.

Although my elbows weren’t in bad shape I rubbed some clobetasol into them and I could feel small areas that felt like there was still thickened skin.
I used my fingernails to scrape at those thickened areas and afterward I rubbed in more of the O’Keefe’s.
The area of dry thick skin had decreased in size to where it is nearly gone now.
I am hoping that if I use this combination regularly for a while that it will be completely gone.
Over half of what was thick rough skin before is soft feeling skin now and after having this crud on my elbows for so long it seems like a miracle.
