Remember the Rock Magazines?

In the used bookshelves I found a history of Rolling Stone covers. What memories, that led me to squirrel around the internet looking for other publications I enjoyed. Creem has a book I HAVE to get...I had the subscription and the t shirt, who remembers...

There's a book about Crawdaddy too. Crawdaddy was more equal music and current events. I was too young to understand politics so something I'd just skim. Circus doesn't have a set archive but there are a bunch of their interviews still online. Rock Scene was like the "People" of the New York nightlife, more gossip than music. But wow, all of them take me back.

I really never bought those. My recollection is vague on those. I can remember Seventeen magazine which I bought maybe once or twice. I did buy quite a few Mad Magazine

I bought some of these. Dr. Hook got their picture on the cover of Rolling Stone by writing a song which became a huge hit titled ...On the Cover of the Rolling Stone.
