I haven't been sleeping well for some time now and came to the conclusion yesterday morning that it was because of my attractive, but too thin bed sheets. I have toilet paper that is thicker than both sets of my sheets. So off I went to buy new sheets after seeking consul from one of my female apartment neighbors. Women you see, know about these things. After browsing through stacks of Percale sheets with a high thread count I settled on standard all white 100% Cotton. Voila!! It worked, I actually had a better night last night, however, I think I need a couple of new pillows. How about you? Any bedtime sleep requirements?
