Retrieving old pictures that have been deleted.

One day on my cell phone, there was a whole bunch of pictures I took years ago. I had no idea how I got them.
I did some research and found out I had installed the Google Photos app and never used it.

So I tried it out and found I could find pictures that I had taken years ago and even some that were on my cell phone that I had dropped and couldn't use anymore because the screen was cracked.

So nothing you post on the internet is gone forever is it?

If you try it and find a photo you would like to restore, put it in the Restore album where you can access it.

Let me know if you give it a try and it works for you.

I know how to do a systems restore .. however, once photos are lost in a crash, I haven't been able to do a restore - nor have the computer pros. That's why I have a portable storage backup now.

I know but this has nothing to do with the restore operating system. This is just retrieving photos using the Google App which you have downloaded.
It's incredible when you think of it. But it seems Google saves everything that you think you have deleted. Retrieving photos is different than a systems restore.
I always wondered where stuff went when it's deleted. Seems like it's never deleted. Never turn your laptop over to the police if you get charged with anything.

Think of it. You make a post about dishes and you get an advertisement for dishes. So you are being tracked without your knowledge. I was looking for a satellite dish and I got an ad for dinner dishes.
