That looks good, Pam. I wouldn't of thought to combine the two. I'm always looking for different ways to make veggies we like.
My favorite recipe is from the Barefoot Contessa where they're roasted with bacon & drizzled with a balsamic syrup glaze when they are done. Another one is to shred them for a salad that has dried cherries with chopped apples & mixed with a mustard viniagrette from Midwest Living.
