Rotisserie Chickens at Supermarket

I occasionally bought cooked whole chickens at the supermarket. They used to be $4.99 apiece (£5). I looked at them when I was there a few days ago. Now they are $8.99 (£6.7). They are $9.99 (£8) at the next closest market. Seems like a lot for one chicken.

Yes, their price has gone up here as well.

These rotisserie chickens are a quick meal, when in a rush. I don’t like them warmed up now or even cut up for sandwiches, so the higher prices don’t make it worth it.

Can't do that as it is way too much sodium. Sam's used to charge $4.99 and Sprouts was $7.99 before--haven't looked lately.
