Way back when my husband was working some swing shift hours, he wanted a little energy before leaving for work, but in a natural way. We always used vitamins and supplements for various things, still do, and thankfully neither of us are on prescription meds for anything.....knock on wood.
I had heard about Royal Jelly and it's health benefits and suggested it to him. He took a spoonful before work and was pleased with the results, we still buy it now and then, but not too often, as it is expensive. The high strength formula is the only one I would bother with, there are softgels and lower concentrations that are cheaper. We have some now, just bought some from the Natural Grocers store last week.
