Rules for the Game of Life.

Gardenlover

The world needs more love
Let’s play a game.

The fun part will be that we each get to play the game according to our own rules. Well, it doesn't really matter what rules you want to play by because with each of us making our own rules there really aren’t any rules at all.

Doesn’t make any sense does it? It would be complete and utter chaos.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that the world around us is full of rules or laws if you will. People have different names and origins for life’s rules, but it doesn’t really matter what we call these rules or think about their origins, because we exist within the boundaries of these rules, not outside of them.

The Maker who put life’s rules into place seems to like order.

[Edit - Corrected udder to utter - Thanks @gennie and @Aneeda72 ]

This kinda sums it up for me (a little thing I created from a sunrise pic at the cabin a couple or so years ago);

Udder chaos involves cows, right. Don't they already have enough problems without worrying about man's problems? :unsure:

My theory on life is - do as you damn well please as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others. Simply remembering to do the right thing takes one a long way. And deep down most of know what the right thing is.

I thought an udder was what was under a cow and where milk comes from, but I could be wrong.

Thanks - the word should have been utter.

Here is how Dave and I have lived our lives: Pay attention in school, show up on time, work hard, stay married, live within your income, save your money, love your family. It's worked well so far, but this covid thing may throw it all into a cocked hat.
At times like this it makes me wonder if a new phase of the game has started, which may not be as benevolent.
