Sad day for me and my flavored water

I don't think carbonated soda is the best with or without sugar. But I like it. I have to keep it on hand for my stomach sometimes. It really helps.

So I think this is a tempest in a teacup. I will continue to enjoy my flavoured carbonated water. Juice and no fat milk, not so much.
 
I have been trying to wean myself off soda pop and drink more water. I use these drink mix packets. I have bottled water..20 oz and one packet per bottle is perfect
